The Kapamilya Network brings you a new and inspiring story entitles Be Careful with my Heart that premiered July 9, 2012. It narrates the story of a country girl who went on a journey to the big city so she could follow her dream to become a flight stewardess to help her family. With he bubbly and energetic character she would get everybody’s attention and love her because of her kind heart.
Maya Dela Rosa is the name of this girl who would not allow anyone to stop her to reach her dreams, not even the handsome, wealthy widower Richard Yap , who happens to ruin her dreams. Sardonically, Richard was his last hope and chance; so she could reach her dreams because of his influence in the Airline Industry and he’ll only agree to let her study if she agrees to be a temporary nanny of his children.
Maya agreed with these conditions; soon she became a nanny of Abigail, Richard’s youngest daughter. But the two older siblings of Abigail doesn’t seem to like her at all even though she did everything to please them, namely Luke and Nikki. Maya sees that they’re problems that need to be solved in the Lim Family, because since Richard’s wife died, the family’s joy died with her too.

So Maya took it upon herself that she should be the bridge Richard to his children, which is eventually she succeeds in rebuilding the Lim Family. However, in helping them to fix their broken hearts, she herself encounter bigger challenges that test her strength and challenge even her own heart. Because she later on finding herself falling in love with the kids and Richard himself.
